All the teachers at Spotswood Primary were very lucky to be given the opportunity to have some professional development before school started this year. It was facilitated by Kate Horton from Coaching Colab. www.coachingcolab.com/
She bought with her a Lego Serious Play (yes, it's a thing) expert Rob Bull (www.plexusconsulting.co.nz/my-why/) who guided us in creating our own unique and team goals for the year.
